- IT Asset (hardware like laptops, monitors, printers)
- IT Consumable (items like cables, adapters, printer cartridges)
The dashboard displays:
- Total number of assets and consumables
- Cumulative asset value
- Breakdown of asset statuses (e.g., Deployed, Broken, Out for Repair)
- Purchase trends by year
- Embedded views of asset and consumable lists
Dynamic formulas and expressions (e.g., countif, sumby, filteryear) automatically calculate totals, count status categories, and display badges for visual reference. Color-coded badges and formatted sections provide at-a-glance clarity.
